Types of Goods

The sender agrees that all shipments entrusted for transportation are transportable. The following items will not be transported:

Dangerous, hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials; gold and silver bars; coins; dust; cyanide; mobile phones; tablets; desktop computers; helmets; precipitates or any form of natural, unrefined gold and silver nuggets; platinum and other precious metals; valuable gems; jewelry; currency of any nationality (paper money and coins); negotiable securities; any kind of checks, stocks, bonds, certificates, seals; blank or endorsed bank drafts, bills of exchange, or traveler's checks; antiques and cultural relics; artworks; livestock; plants; drugs; pharmaceuticals; liquor; firearms; tobacco; grains; items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA); or perishable goods.
Air transport channels: General cargo is shipped from Shenzhen Airport, while sensitive cargo is shipped from Hong Kong Airport. These channels are different, so please strictly distinguish between general cargo and sensitive cargo. (If general cargo is sent via the sensitive cargo channel, there will be an approximate delay of 2-3 days, so please choose the correct channel.)

Common sensitive cargo includes: liquids, powders, granules, pastes, food, cosmetics, skincare products, detergents, seals, branded or counterfeit products, items containing batteries, items with Bluetooth functionality, adult products, items containing magnets (such as speakers, audio equipment, etc.), items containing motors (items that can move when powered), and storage devices (such as CDs, memory cards, hard drives, USB drives, etc.).

Common prohibited items include: gases, alcohol and tobacco, currency, live animals and plants, prescription drugs, weapons (controlled knives, firearms, stun batons, etc.), flammable and explosive materials, compressed aluminum canned products (ping pong balls, gasoline, drones, etc.).

If sensitive items are sent via the general cargo channel and are rejected by airline security inspection, additional handling fees will apply plus a surcharge for sensitive cargo (minimum charge of 12 RM per shipment). Specific fees will be notified by customer service.

7. Oxidizers and peroxides. Such as permanganates, perchlorates, hydrogen peroxide, etc.

8. Toxic substances. Such as arsenic, arsenic trioxide, mercuric compounds, thallium compounds, cyanides, selenium powder, phenol, mercury, highly toxic pesticides, etc.

9. Biological products, infectious and contagious substances. Such as bacteria, anthrax, parasites, excreta, medical waste, human remains, animal organs, etc.

10. Radioactive materials. Such as uranium, cobalt, radium, plutonium, etc.

11. Corrosive substances. Such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, batteries, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc.

12. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia, improperly used narcotics and psychotropic substances, and precursors used improperly for drug manufacturing.

13. Illegal publications, printed materials, audiovisual products, and propaganda materials.

14. Spy equipment. Such as concealed listening devices, covert photography devices, electronic monitoring and interception equipment used for intelligence gathering.

15. Illegal counterfeit items. Such as counterfeit or altered currency, documents, official seals, etc.

16. Items infringing intellectual property rights and counterfeit inferior goods. Such as books and audiovisual products infringing patent rights, trademark rights, copyright; counterfeit and inferior foods, medicines, children’s products, electronics, cosmetics, textiles, etc.

17. Endangered wild animals and their products. Such as ivory, tiger bones, rhinoceros horns and their products, etc.

18. Items prohibited from import and export. Such as those harmful to human and animal health, items from epidemic areas, or those that can spread diseases; documents, materials, and other items involving state secrets.

19. Other items. Items listed in the “Dangerous Chemicals Catalogue,” “Civil Explosives Product List,” “List of Explosive Precursor Chemicals,” “Classification and Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals for Narcotics,” “People’s Republic of China Prohibited Import and Export Items List,” “Catalogue of Pathogenic Microorganisms for Human Infectious Diseases” (Class 1 and 2), as well as other items prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or regulations of the State Council and its relevant departments.
